Is there a reason why you decided to read nothing of what I wrote? Do you need smaller words?
I don't see how that go's into play. But know I know what your talking about.

how would putting more upgraded components into a gun be worse than putting just a spring a bushings in for the same price?

It's not, but they'll never be the same price.

I dont know. Maybe it's like putting 95 as your age in your profile? I suspect 15 is more likely.

Or maybe it's something called 'experience'? You know? Having done it? Knowing the real prices? Knowing it's not as easy as you think?

The plain reason? You DONT NEED TO.

Listen, if it really turns your crank, go buy what you want and spend lots of money. Do all your installations yourself too.

Have fun. Seems you want to spend cash no matter what.

Every post you make is negative, if you cant say anything constructive shut the F up. And stop wasting your time putting down noobs asking for help if you hate it so much maybe try spending your time getting a job or go to school or something positive.

The spring chart gives you a reference of what spring upgrade you need for Xfps. As suggested by Greylocks, new spring and metal bushing are the most basic upgrades.

If you want to reach 375fps, you look at the chart for near 375fps, then you go ACROSS, and find the PDI 130% and 140% will reach around 375fps. We can tell you how many fps you want since we can't read minds. But we suggest you to follow field regulation on fps.

Ummm, Greylocks, a LONG veteran to the scene of airsoft has provided enough help for the community. His experience and expertise is among the best you'll find anywhere. His post count isn't pure bashing of noobs, there are many useful info he posts and helped out numerous people on the board.

And for god sakes, he's the gunsmith for his entire team......

Spring + Metal bushing IS the most basic upgrade one can have. If you bother reading the upgrade guide, you would know what parts you need and what you don't. He can be a jerk and recommend you blowing $500 on upgrades, but he's being nice in helping you do a more affordable smart upgrade.

With that said, he does bash noobs who doesn't spend the time to read, but so does everyone else. It's a thing that gets on everyone's nerve here.

He gave his honest opinion on the matter. (which I don't see how it's not constructive)

I'm not a team gunsmith. Heck, I'm not on a team (what for, not required). But I know my guns, real and airsoft, quite well and can 'gunsmith' all of them. Qualified with S&W and Colt products (real).

Buddy, you dont want good simple advice that works? Then do what you want.
Dont come asking for help later.
Too bad if the FACT that a simple spring would solve your problem.

You wanted hostile and negative? There you go, you got it. Enjoy your ignorance or try to learn something.

Ok look, i apreciate your help, im not 15 and ya i read the upgrade guide. Im just saying for the price of a spring and bushings you get a spring and bushings for the same price with a bunch of other stuff. I dont think you need to be a genius gun smith to figure out that thats a better value even if you decide to just install the spring and bushings you would still have spare parts for when the originals where out. It was a statement that i thought i found a good deal on some parts and was wondering if people had any experience with the quality of the Huricane brand. If you all like to get off on bashing me go right ahead. Just keep in mind that forums are created to share constructive information not destructive crap.

Then you're vastly overpaying for the spring and bushings on their own... you usually get what you pay for, but if you're just accepting the first offer to come your way, you're probably getting less than what you pay for.
