You have not shimmed the selector plate, manually depress the selector switches and see if the motor spins. |

Tried that motor does not spin. I have literally tried everything. I am at such a loss I have no idea what the heck to do.

check your data cable for damages, make sure your wires are firmly screwed in or soldered in place, make sure you havnt accidently removed the top section of the trigger component and put it back on without the pins going into there respective holes, check the selector plate again. you could also try entering programming mode by holding the trigger as you plug the battery in to make sure the unit is not defunct on the very rare chance you got the 0.001% or whatever their quoted failure rate was. my money is on damaged data cable

tried everything you said plus both data cables still nothing. Wont even enter programming mode!

Recheck your polarity and try entering programming mode with the grip installed on the gearbox so that the motor is engaged, make sure that your trigger is making contact with the micro switch, and id start contacting BTC for a warrenty claim, you might just have very very very bad luck

Is there any place the trigger board is potentially shorting out against gb shell?

Ive tested inside and outside the gearbox so I dont believe that shorting is the issue. I also have manually pressed the trigger button outside the gearbox too and no sucess I literally have no luck with this thing. Think im going to send it back to frank at black talon to be tested he said it was my aeg controller but I dont believe he tested my board with the new aeg controller he was using his board in his gearbox.

So the tech who checked my mosfet plugged in my AEG controller and saw it was defective and replaced the controller and sent it straight back. The tech never thought to check the trigger board so it has been shipped back yet again and we shall see what happens. I must say though BTC is very cool and have great customer service compared to some Airsoft companies. Anywho we'll see where this ends up!
