Shoot a person twice in the chest and one in the head lol, it's pretty simple. Like a motto.

Put 2 in the chest to take them down, followed by one in the head to make sure they remain that way.

The policy goes against all military beliefs, but I guess it's more of an assassin thing, to eliminate any doubts... Bullet-proof vests can be such a pain when an assassin thinks he got his target down already... Makes sure you get your money at the end of the day.

Oh well.
