Yep, i mean it's kind of weird using soft armor (PACA) with armor like an LBT 6094. LBT already has SAPI in it, right ?

About Rabintex - maybe some other helmets (replicas maybe), that looks_a_like RBH Attack\Premium ?

Unless you are wearing a standalone plate, you would need soft armour to protect you from the spall that would fly out from the inside face of the plate after taking hits to it. .

I don't usually delve into the nit picky details since these guys know what they're doing, but I wonder why they don't wear a vest with both soft armour AND plates instead of a soft armour vest (PACA) with a separate plate carrier over top of it (LBT)??. It just seems like it would lead to a bunch of problems; heavier and hotter, bulkier, plate carrier has to be adjusted to fit over all those layers, more shit to deal with.

Thoughts?

I blew the pic up and it appears to me at least that most of the guys are not using hard plates in their 6094's. So it makes sense that if they are just using the 6094 as LBG then they would be wearing stand alone protection hence the PACA. But at the end of the day these are professional soldiers who undoubtably have a very good reason for their load out and we as airsofters shouldnt worry about it and just enjoy the pics of these Canadaian Badasses.

These recent pics are months-old so who's to say they are not already doing so? Conversely, maybe budgetary reality won't allow them to be on the bleeding edge of geardom and they would rather spend the money on, oh I don't know, training.

Bah, considering the source of that pic, I doubt having it posted here for like an hour would've changed much

Look 7 posts above your's. Not sure about the rules regarding using different camos when deployed, but from that that photo, there are at least 2 guys wearing multicam. Im guessing its personal gear though. Not issued.
