... If you're plinking you don't need a lipo.
With the stress that the high strength spring will put on the motor I wouldn't feel comfortable using LI-po in there... definatly if you're going to be shooting indoors or around your house. Lipo = more juice for a smaller space... but you don't need that. Go with some high end torque gears, a half-tooth piston and a nice strong motor. But.. why not just make a gun that's within field limits so if you infact want to use it you can? you wont really see that big of a performance increase between 400 and 500 FPS. |

i can tell you from bitter experience ur hopup is gonna take a major hit in the performance department - i went over 400 fps and it was extremely unreliable - it was an M4 thought so I'm not too sure about other types out there.

hm. so no lipo? its more of an ultimate plinking machine.
and im not shooting it in the house... itll break things for sure. just in the back. i have high fences and a big yard. damn. didnt know about the hopup thing. never thought about it . i have other guns to field with :P this is just THE ultimate plinker |
