mags for WE Hi Cappa 5.1 1911

Anybody know if the WE Hi Cappa 5.1 can take TM Hi Cappa mags?
Will they fit without problems?

A WE 5.1 Hicapa mag will fit into a TM 5.1 Hicapa and vice versa.

As for the 1911, I do not know...

TM 1911 mags and WE 1911 mags are not interchangeable.

There's a slight mis-alignment which keeps the mags from locking in with either pistol.

But for the 5.1 hicappa they are interchangeable? right?

WE 5.1's are 100% TM compatible as far as I know. The mags are compatible for sure.

For the 5.1's no problems at all, I have 2 WE's 5.1's and 4 TM mags.

Do the TM mags fill better and get more shots when used with the WE Hicapa 5.1 than the WE stock magazines?

Is it worth it to switch to TM, I think the TM fill differently and you can get more gas in a TM mag?

The only thing I noticed was that the TM mags "FIT" better in the magwell of the WE and the TM Hicapa's...not as much slop so-to speak. As for gas performance & consumption they are very much equal. The TM has a better stock mag flow-valve than the WE resulting in a slightly higher f.p.s.!

I have owned a WE Dragon in the past and did some comparison with the two...TM Hicapa is the way to go!

Just a heads up, be VERY careful of the feeding lip, I've busted 2 so far. Not sure if other pistol mags have this weakness, but the lips seem to bust very easily.
