Beretta M190 Special Forces
Anybody know of some good upgrades I could put on my M190 Full Metal Special Forces Semi/Full Auto. I found some at red wolf like a 150% spring but I am new to upgrades so I don't know what they do. I would like to improve the FPS but not sacrifice ROF in full auto too much.

There isn't much you can do with that gun. If it's the HFC brand, the mag has a small reservoir and barely makes it thru full auto on a fill, so a high flow valve is of no help there. The recoil spring is a relatively light one, so there's no beneficial upgrades there. You could try a mag for an M93R, but I haven't seen one yet that fits. It's an OK gun stock, but not much upgrade potential there IMHO. Their safety/fire selection system is pretty fragile and may give out if you try a more powerful propellant as it hits pre-machined notches on the slide to determine firing cycle and I've looked at a couple of them that broke using green gas.
