Tokyo Marui M&P9 recoil spring. Where to buy?

I have a couple of the M&P 9.

Both seem to have very soft / slow recoil and sometimes the slide does not return forward.

I was told this is a recoil spring issue.

However... I can't seem to find any place that has them in stock.

Any suggestions, or can I use a different spring?

Thanks

Plastic slide? Don't recommend anything if that's the case.

If you have a metal slide, 120-150% would suffice.

You could mod a hicapa spring if you really want one.

I have the stock slide. It doesn't return fully to closed after I shoot a round off.

The glock 17/18c springs are compatible, even though they don't have the retention tab on the hop side, they work just fine.
Just put a guarder 150% spring in mine, made the slide release real stiff.
Anyway, I'd recommend going to a 120% if you can find one, I had the same issue with my M&P; it will get caught up trying to pick up a BB on the return. Higher tension spring fixed it.

A few spacers on the spring might help too? Depending on the recoil spring and guide design.
