Prowin AK Hop issues
Hey guys, wondering if anyone has had issues with the Prowin AK hop up unit? I'm installing it with a G&P metal body kit to a gun that started life as a TM full length AK47.
It's such a slick design, but it just seems a hair to long for the G&P body, and things aren't lining up well. I'm assuming some dremmel work will be necessary, but if anyone has any first hand experience I'd love to hear about it. Thanks! |

Prowins have a really bad track record of not being a drop in fit, personally I found in order to get it to fit is you have to make the part just above the nozzle (screw hole which slides into the hopup unit) a little bit slimmer.
Even when you slim it down, cant guarantee how well it will work. Tried to put one in a cyma AK47 with not very good results, put one in a LCT and it worked fantastic. |
