M9 Tritium Sights
Hey all.
So I've been putting all my love (and money) into my rifle, and I feel that I've been neglecting my pistol. I have a KJW M9 and wanted to get night sights for it. So onto google I went and found these: http://mach1airsoft.com/product/nine...tritium-sight/ Using this link (http://www.fire-support.co.uk/produc...-tritium-sight) after more searching, it looks like the nineball sights sit on top of and behind the stock sights on the slide. Does anybody have experience with or opinions on these? Also, how would they mount (tape, glue, screw)? If nobody knows, should I just send a message to the M1 guys? Thanks a lot. |

They are screwed in, how ever that the Kj works are one with the slide, so you need to get another slide

According to the sight's description, it is meant for this:
http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/tokyo-mar...l#.VV4HTVKGf44 That slide looks like it's sights are molded onto it as well. And where would it screw on? O.o |

Nine ball tritium sights are very weak.
Try and find UAC or Detonator tritium sights

Never mind, turns out I am a piece of shite, these sights attaches directly to the fixed sights instead
should have looked at the second link closely

@daishi: Neither Detonator nor UAC make sights for M9. Probably because the sights are molded directly to the slide instead of like a Sig or 1911 where the sights are removable.
@redzaku: Yeah, it took me a while to figure out how it mounted too. Still wondering how it stays in place after mating with the stock sights. Worst case, I JBWeld the thing on? |
