On a side note. I have dealt with bingoairsoft and they are reliable. The guy that runs the show, Rudy has a great reply time.
Not advertising them or anything. Just establishing that they are credible. |

Rudy/Bingo isn't taking on new projects atm due to a backlog. But yes you can hire him to set you up with a custom fusion engine, and it should clear the border.
We're fortunate to have our own local P* guru doing Bingo like installs. Jomor take a look at bingoairsoftworks he has step by step for just about every project if you feel up to tackling it Edit. I can also vouch for Rudy. Quick and reliable Last edited by Hughes; April 8th, 2014 at 00:32.. |

If you plan on running a DMR/M14 I would suggest a PolarStar. If you want specific custom fusion engines, as everyone stated, contact Bingo.

Does anyone know a rough number of shots per 1000psi on the P* system?
so running it off of a 71ci/4500 psi tank vs. 13ci/3000 psi tank. Had an idea of hiding a 13ci tank under the barrel and disguising it as an m203 launcher... Last edited by chaz; April 21st, 2014 at 11:47.. |

On a bone stock system running at ~120 PSI

Barrel length, barrel ID, BB weight, nozzle ID, and poppet valve will all affect what PSI you run the regulator at, the lower PSI means more shots per tank. Around 40PSI is the lowest you can go before you start to run into problems. I depending on what upper is in use, I usually run between 60 and 80 PSI, using 92ci/4500 tanks I can edge out 4500+ shots per tank. So with a 13 ci tank, your looking at like 400~600 shots depending on your setup. Buy a few tanks and play near the refill station :P

For realism, the WE open bolt M14 is hands down the best, and a solid performer. Because it is a WE though, it has a few weak spots like the guides, and pieces of the bolt. Luckily, RA-Tech makes everything from upgrade parts to their own variation of this gun, including levels I - III, with or without NPAS valves. I believe they also have CO2 magazines. I've seen this gun shoot, and it is impressive once tuned properly, and it has real weight too, so she's heavy. You can also get the extremely beautiful EBR chassis for it. If you're looking for realism, performance, in an M14 gas platform, this is it. No hoses, no modified AEGs, no problem. They aren't what I'd call cheap though, but totally worth it.

Those running P* claim PTW-esque shot performance once they're finished tweaking. And I've seen first hand, they perform VERY freaking well once tuned. The more accurate your gun is, the less ammo you need. With my own PTW's I generally get 1200 rounds per battery and load up my 8 mags (that I'm allowed) to only 50 rounds each. So I've got 400 rounds on me, which is fine for two short deathmatches on a speedball field, or up to a few hours in a serious milsim. Problem is, you'll never learn how to shoot accurately or conserve ammo if you always carry 20 mags on you. So run the M203 tank idea. It's a GOOD idea. Minimize the amount of air you're using. Tune your FE to get good shot performance. Then try running short scrims with only 400 rounds on you. |
