geissele externals question/disscusion

So for my PTW ive been looking for a way to get away from the traditional mk18 style and still retain some usefullness out of the gun, im not a fan of tubes, I dont think they look good with the operator style loadout we all try to portray, anyway I finally settled on the geissele 416 rail however ill need a 416 upper reciever for that, not that easy with PTWs. Im wondering if their are any PTW 416 upper manufactures besides SGT, Eagle, and FCC. Im also wondering if dytac makes a replica of the m4 version of the geissele rail, as although i have the money for the PTW i do not have the money for a RS rail if I want to buy night vision this season.

Thank you for your time!

1. theres no brand that makes 416 other than the mentioned 3
2. dytac does make geissele, and i assume its m4 compatible. Ask them on facebook

I emailed Dytac about the M4 Geissele rail once Stealth announced his store was getting the 416 rails. I was told be patient and good things are coming from Dytac just stay tuned. So I am hoping that translates into a M4 Geissele rail.

I am working with a couple of Geissele rails on project stuff Now. Quality is great, but they are also real, not clones.

Huge flop on the Dytac SMR. Cannot fit any brands without extensive work on your existing barrel nut - and by extensive I mean 2mm around the entire nut.

Noted brands it does not fit so far:
VFC newgens/old gen.
WE
Jing Gong (JG)

I wonder if it would fit a PTW without modification?

Doubt it, since there are so many variants floating around, like FCC, SGT, Eagle Eye, etc.

Doesn't look like there's much choice other than RS for north of $550...

I had the pleasure to own a RS SMR mk1 , I wish I didn't let it go it was much better than my current VTAC battle rail I'm sporting.
