Looking for a good burst mosfet for a v3 gearbox.
Well the title says it all but, i want a mosfet that will give me burst option and help or eliminate trigger arching. i would like it to be 60$ or lower but if its a call for quality, you can show it.

I swear by the MERF 3.2. It's $70 from airsoftstore. Burst option, ROF control, built in resetting fuse, on or off active breaking, Modular. It's a pretty amazing little guy.

The merf 3.2 is sweet you can just plug it between the battery and gun or wire it in to the trigger. Easy to program hella features. I loves mine

Just thought I'd mention that the MERF 3.2 does not have an option to turn off Active Breaking, it is ON all the time. Other than that, it is a great MOSFET!!!

Ignorant question: Why would one want active braking off?

Some guns stop fast enough without it, especially if you have a lighter gearset and neo magnet motor.
Active braking causes more heat to buildup in the motor, reduces battery life (it's using power to stop the motor), and wears the brushes more. |
