Getting into GBBR for cheap?

I've been thinking about getting into GBBR but the price range puts it out of my current budget, that is until I found http://tacops.ca/gg/1003-gg-cm16-raider-gbb.html

Any and all thoughts? Should I spend it to get into GBBR? If I buy a few mags and I end up not liking the gun or the gun breaks will I be able to use the mags in another gun like say a SCAR?

you don't really want a cheap GBBR, there's a reason they're cheap.
If it's your first gun, you definitely want an AEG. Cheaper mags, and you can use it all year round

Not unless they release a compatible scar you won't.

I have an AEG. Its just been ever since I got my sidearm a while ago I really want that same feel with my primary but don't have the expendable income to put that much money into a gbbr

After seeing the smoked plastic KJW m4 bodies cracking, I'm not sure how long these things will last if they are all nylon bodies. And since there are no indication to compatibility, body parts may be hard to find.

shot answer: no
long answer: noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

the cheapest GBBR that you could actually game is a KJW m4 as they require little to no upgrades and are built like a tank out of the box. but once you include a couple mags and an NPAS you are still looking at $500-$600 probably more depending on how many mags you get.

my WE PDW was fairly cheap, got it on sale for $377 + tax...full ra-tech internals I can get for $90 + shipping, then it's pretty damn reliable. IMO not very expensive. Only thing that gets expensive is mags...$40-$60 each, depenidng on who you get it from

....What is an NPAS (probably the fact that I'm even asking that question means I shouldn't be getting into GBBR right now lol)

GBBR and cheap just don't go together. So your answer is get an AEG

That gun is just an AEG body with a GHK "GBB Box" put in it. And no, they're proprietary mags so that's the only gun that can use them.
