M24 A.E.G - upgrade to FULL STEEL
After see my friend break the charging handle ... I decide to upgrade my M24 to full steel to avoid all the disaster
original this is it these part are easy broken I took further upgrade thing to the trigger set & piston |

Very nice! (Don't make 'em too real )
The trigger is cast right? Also...that piston must weight a ton. You may want to look at the piston edge/sear angle of some of the PDI sets. Instead of an angled surface they are more right angles so that the piston gets a straighter release. |

now its 420fps...loose almost 100fps compare to the original plastic piston
but the kick is awesome ...everytime I fire, it make me smile |

Just to let you know, AEG means airsoft electric gun, you know like regular assault rifles that are battery powered.

Nice work. I recently toyed around the lathe at work & built an aluminum airbrake'd piston for my m24 javelin. I'll make another one with some refinements & cleaner finish. But wow nice work :salute:
