Look for help find where this came from ?

Took apart my CM035 Ak74u to change a spring (Ver. 3 gearbox)

can someone please where this part came from ?

It's been a while since I've had an AK74, but I think that's the block that contains the spring for the "charging handle".

i think you're right, it goes behind the charging handle spring, and usually slots into a projection of the top strap/battery tray so the spring has something to push against
