USMC, '68 Khe San, Short Range Patrol
My USMC impression late 60's. Kitted out for a short patrol from a Firebase.
M1951 flak jacket, 2 x M44 canteen pouches, claymore satchel plus 2 M16 bandoliers. A lot of Marines never used the scrim band (apparently scrounged from Army units?) so I left it off. I hope to hear some criticsm (constructive!) and tips.
