Looking for a GBB pistol

First time buyer, was wondering whether I should go to Chigun Hobbies to get one of their KJW Glock GBBs.

Is it any good? Is the store any good? Or are there better pistols/stores out there? I just want a GBB pistol for the hell of it, not for any airsoft sport or something. I don't want to end up spending too much either. Since I don't have my G2, my mobility is somewhat limited.

Are there much better deals in the Classifieds? If so, I might rather go through getting ID verified instead, though it seems like such a pain.

There are much better guns once you get age verified.

Wait.... Don't have your G2 yet? So I'm assuming you're either under 18 or just never bothered..... I can't really help you too much because you're unverified (even if you were 18+ I don't know that, sorry). If you actually are 18 though verifiers will need government issued photo ID... Usually that's your DL but you can use Passport, Carecard (if it has photo ID), Provincial ID, etc.

BUT what I can tell you is that the KJW is.... decent. Not the best you can get out there but then again not the worst POS that you can buy (and I assume you're talking about the ones with the smoked/semi transparent pistol frames).

I say get it, at ~$200 it's an alright buy but for ~$100-130 more you can get a TM once you get verified. Not to mention that you have a wider selection and if you decide the KJW is what you want then at least you've seen the other options available to you. (EDIT: It's like when you're looking for a house/apartment, do you look at 3 or 4 houses in just one area or do you go to a few different areas to get a bigger picture of the options for rental units/houses available to you).

Also if this is only for target shooting in your backyard and not gaming then go with a .177 cal. or 4.5mm PELLET gun. They are significantly more accurate. ie. This will wipe the floor against pretty much any Airsoft pistol without significant upgrades done to it:

Just check out the options here: http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/brows....jsp?locale=en

Note that CT has a limited selection, hunting stores will have a wider selection, with some stocking $600+ air pistols (these are "competition grade" pistols for Olympic style target shooting).

WARNING: DO NOT USE THESE PELLET GUNS LIKE AIRSOFT GUNS, ONLY USE FOR TARGET SHOOTING AND NEVER SHOOT ANYONE WITH ONE.

Why would you want a GBB pistol "for the hell of it"? Is it gonna be for basement shooting or to sit on your wall and look good? If your gonna get something just to "look at" don't waste your money on a GBB. Their are plenty of other cheap replica pistols out their that will serve that purpose fine.

If you're serious about PLAYING airsoft, don't get a WE. It'll fail on you after a couple of skirmishes.

Get age verified then we will help. Please read the previous posts again. DO NOT expect to be spoon fed information there is a search bar up top, also keep in mind that google is your best friend.

Anyways a Pellet gun would be much better, just go to Le Baron or Sail, Crossman and cie makes gun replicas, less expensive, Blowback as well...

I want an airsoft gun for looks and feel, and for shooting indoors. Also I poked around for air guns and I didn't find anything I really liked.
