retailer: bad reviews?

Hello there ASC,

I'm still only recently AV'd and learning the site layout. I was wondering where/how I would put up a review of an ASC featured retailer.

I made a purchase recently from Airsoft-club.com and have had nothing but problems with them, even if it looks like my package may actually be on time again. I was lied to about the shipping date (and have the email saved from the 18th that says everything was shipped on the 16th...when nothing was shipped until the day after I recieved the email --which was a responce to me askign why I was waiting 4+ business days for them to throw some stuff in a box)

Still pending delivery, so I can't say for sure yet wether they're as poorly managed as they seem, but I've heard a couple of other complaints from people in the area as well (ottawa) and feel everyone needs to know what they're getting into when ordering from this place.

ordered 3 times from them, and it takes a while to get the stuff. took me 3 weeks with normal shipping. They never shipped my things until i sent them hate mail though. once i did, they quickly replied with sorries and the shipment tracking.

Like ehobbyasia, and what most people will say is : give it time. You will get your stuff. Contact them if you don't get updates.

Thats normal for any HK Retailer.
Read the fine print next time. Pretty much all of them state 3-4 days processing time.

As for lying regarding shipping date.

Again.. This is HK were talking about here.

Also pretty sure AS-C is not an ASC Retailer. Therefore other than a post to bitch, its not really gonna do much for you.

i also ordered from them, put in order on the 18th of august, and paid right away with paypal, sent email just asking roughly when it would be shipped and where i would find my tracking number, was replied to saying they recieved my payment on august 18th and would be shipping it out that very day and that i would receive a tracking number, this being august 19th hong kong time, order still said processing and no tracking number after the weekend, so i emailed them again on monday the 23rd, and got a reply stating ...

shipment usually takes 7-14working days

Sorry for no tracking number is provided
since we send item with standard airmail
in Hong Kong Post

so now ive already been lied to once about when it shipped, and now im not even sure if the package actually was shipped out to me or not, especially since it still says processing on my account and that i have no tracking number. for paying like $40 in shipping i think its ridiculous that i dont have a tracking number.

now im just not sure whether to wait it out and see if it does come in the 14 days or so, or bcuz it still says processing on my account if i have to bug them some more by email so that they actually would ship it out.

What Shipping method did you use? Ground is not trackable, but if you went for air mail. You can log onto their site to check status and tracking # of your items.

used the international air mail worldwide shipping

and i have been logging onto my account everyday to check it, still today it says processing, even though twice in emails they already told me it would be shipped, and in the last one as i quoted above they told me it shipped the day before but no tracking available...to my understanding air mail international comes with tracking, so thats why im not sure if theyre lying to me and it just hasnt shipped yet :/

I have ordered a few things off Red Wolf Airsoft and had no problems with they. I think out of most of the HK stores they are the fastest to ship.

Please note that they ONLY offer "internation air mail" as a shipping option. There is no other choice that is given. Shipping cost ~$70 for a $110 order :P

I was then told, after writing a lengthy email stating I would happily revoke payment, that the shipment was sent on the 19th, a day after I recieved the confirmation that it was sent the 16th and no tracking was available.


Anyways, this thread was intented to be a question as to where I should post a complaint/warning to the people of ASC, not an actual complaint thread.
