I have to agree with you. The gun is a work of art. And call me naive, but I'm almost sure they used a lot of real steel parts to make this thing. Why else would they make small holes in the gas return tubing and barrel? Plus the quality of the steel rivals the one of gun steel. Again, I might be wrong, but please just let me fantasies about the fact that the gun that I'm holding in my hands could of been a real one once.

Yeah. I definitely have to agree with you.

Just look at the gas tube and how awkward it is to put a battery in there.

The original design obviously wasn't meant for a battery.

Yeah, it's so smooth inside that you would think it was meant for a gas return piston.
