Action 8MM bearing gearbox for mp5?
well,
seeing how there are absolutely no real reviews on this, and ive looked everywhere, there are just guys asking about it, and lots of guys giving an opinion, even though they've never seen/used one.... so, i think ill order one up, just to see how well it works in my JG-mp5sd5..... it looks like it has a M130 spring in it (1.7j). i have a complete Systema M150 magnum gearbos/motor on order for my JG-mp5 navy already, so what the heck..... EhobbyAsia lists this 8mm box (ACTION) at 130.00 US, so its not too bad. its a shame i cant find a real review on one, with the internals shown/listed, before i buy....so i guess ill do a mini review when (ever) i get it. |

i'm not a fan of 8mm mechboxes only because of the fact that they uses bearings and i dont like bearings... they blow up and mess you gearset... and i have yet to see 8mm plain bushing... i try to only buy 7mm gearboxes and replace the existing bearing with bushing... or do a hybrid setup and put bushing on the spur and sector and bearing on the bevel

to ledor: i have the 8mm v3 AK gearbox and have not used it much, and v2's are not the same as v3 when it comes to durability, therefor i am unfit to give a review of any help at this time.
to lemega: i have seen some 8mm plain bushings on some Hong Kong airsoft sites. |
