Turbo 2000 to Turbo 3000
I have an older ICS M4A1 which has the turbo 2000 motor. I wish to upgrade to the turbo 3000, but am unsure of whether I will need new gears as well or if the turbo 3000 will happen to be a drop in. Can anyone clarify this?

Yes, they are drop in. No need to change gears.

I was curious, cause the Turbo 2000 has the longer pinion gear style, so is the Turbo 3000 the same way? Or am I going to have to readjust the motor and fiddle around with the gun?

I did that when they first came out, no problem to just drop and go. I did not need to adjust anything so I assume (dangerous) that you wont need to either.
