orange flash hider tip
Hey guys, for some of the guns ive seen, half of the flash hider has an orange tip on the front (http://www.airsplat.com/images/ics-sportline-m4-22.jpg). Can the entire flash hider be removed so i can place a fully black flash hider instead? thanks!

99% of the time, yes. Unscrew the old one, screw on the new one.
Or...unscrew the old one, scratch the paint up with some sand paper, drop it into a glass filled with paint stripper and leave it over night. Remove paint with a 3M scrubbing pad (or similar). Prime and paint. |

aka SNK or Shaniqua

Or for the lazy, just paint right on top of the orange...but strip and prime is always better.
