Systema POLYCARBONATE PISTON for AEG Gearbox V2/3
hi i ant o know i have just buy a Polycarbonate piston for my MP5 i have installe it and after a couple of shot it has jam i open it ad the metal tooth on the polycarbonate piston is broken in two ?? dose anybody know why?? the timing of the gear are correcte

Well usually its bad timing. If gears were timmed right, then mabe spring 2 hard or bad shimming. If you haven't touch that it could be a crack or someting on the little metal tooth plate. when you placed the piston in the gearbox putting it back before screwing did you do a double check up see if the piston was still right in place on the tracks, sometimes it turns a little going out of the small track witch can lead to malfunction.

Can't be timing with gears if you have std gears & piston as stated before
don't forget that metal tooth is the last taken by the gears. maybe weakness in steel as long as everything else (rest of piston, mechbox assembly etc..) were well fit.

This could be caused the an obstruction that prevented the piston from being pulled all the way back, such as a spring that's too long, combined with a bearing spring guide and a Marui piston head.
