I think I get what you mean...you've:
1. Tightened down the big "nut" that hold the outer barrel to the upper receiver. It's good and tight and not moving.
2. You've screwed on the fore-end (RAS) all the way onto the big "nut" and it's not perfectly lined up with the rail of the upper receiver.
You can do two things with the Dragon Fire fore-end.
1. "unscrew" the handguard until the top rails line up just right...and then tighten the two screws on the bottom of the handguard to lock it place.
This may leave too much of a gap between the edge of the handguard and the upper receiver...so...
2. place shims between the outer barrel and the big "nut". This will space the nut out a bit further and alter where its threads end. The shims are pretty thin...but usually 1 or two will do the job. Trial and error thing.
