There are two ways...
1. The wires squeeze between the inside of the buffer tube and the outside of the body stub. Do do this, the buffer tube will need a channel running along the inside (like a trough that the wires lay in) and/or the underside of the body stub is flattened or cut out enough so that the wires will fit.
Really hard to tell from your pic (actually a pic of the other end of the stock pipe would be good) if your stock pipe has this trough or not.
2. Cut into/through the body stub such that the wiring can go into and out of the body stub. It'll run on the inside. The locking plate for the stock pipe needs to be halfmoon'd or at least cut out for the wires to pass.
If your stock pipe/body is not meant to do this...either way is a pain in the butt and a little bit of work.
Best of luck...think about what you're doing before you cut into it...can't put this type of metal back after it's been cut off.
