How do I lead the wire into the buffer tube

I have rear wired gearbox and a M4 metal body just bought from Huang.
Yet there's a problem trying to lead the rear wire into the buffer tube.
Huang told me the metal body is already milled, but actually the buffer tube and the metal body fits so tight that not a single wire could go through.
Could anyone tell me how could this be done? I searched the net and got a thread of wiring a Para, they said you should cut the bottom half of the body tube and guide the wire into the body tube, so when you close on the buffer tube, there won't be any contact of the wire and buffer tube.
