Yes, but we can drive big automobiles at the age of 16. Driving is said of being one of the most demanding task. so many distractions, have to focus and be be alert etc.etc.

how many people get killed/wounded in car wrecks each year? how many get shot killed/wounded by firearms each year? How many get killed/wounded by airsoft each year? bleeders dont count as a wound.
