Thats weird, I've used 9.6V 4200mAh packs on stock TM guns to give probably around 20RPS and never had feeding issues. Are you using midcaps? Or do you also have a highspeed motor and/or highspeed gears in there?

And just to be totally random, the new Elite 5000mAh cells actually have a lower amperage supply than the intellect 4200's. The ROF with a 9.6V 4200 intellect is higher than that of a 9.6V 5000. Amperage supply has nothing to do with mAh rating, its reliant on internal resistance. Larger cells have lower internal resistance and lowering the internal resistance often increases the capacity (mAh) but not always.
