Whats up everyone.

I just got myself a Tanaka M870 shotgun, but am having some problems with the shells.

I load each shell up with propane first, then I put three .20 bbs into each shell.

When I load the shells into the gun, they won't fire the bbs from the shell when I pull the trigger on the shotgun. Nothing happens.

What is wrong? Am I doing something wrong?

Please, if you can, could you help me figure this out?
