Again, I wouldn't be so quick to claim the Prometheus spring as being mispackaged or a bum spring. You might want to check your air seals instead. Consider the spring that you're comparing the Prometheus spring to.

Well, my gun was chronied when it was stock and it was shooting 315 (+/- 5). I swaped springs and it went down to 240, swaped back and it went back up to 315 (+/- 5). I've checked all the air seals around the cylinder/cylinder head, and they're good. It could be leaking through the hop-up I suppose, but unless stock the gun was actually suppose to be shooting above 315, I don't think it's developed any more air leaks.
