I had this problem as well, found out same thing, yaw bar and such, but instead I had a look at what it was doing and the cause.. I ended up fixing this perfectly on my ICS by shaving down a bit off the safety bar lever, the point that hits the selector plate, shaved the selector plate a bit as well in the small nich where the yaw bar spring comes out.
What was happening was the selector plate was hitting the lever a bit early, causing the yaw bar to not retract back to full semi shot position..
Wasnt a hard fix, just dont take too much off the lever, but you can take a bit off the selector.
