UHF Radio + weather radio

I have a Kenwood Tk-370 and after some of the latest big storms, my fiance asked me if I could tune into enviroment canadas weather radio alerts.

now the site says I need to tune into freq 162.550 MHz.

now, I havent done this before

Pressing (TA) will allow you to program Frequencies

any help would be nice. Im not 100% sure what all these things mean, and finding a lamens-term guide is harder then I though for this.
