*Some* of their gear is good quality. *Some* of it falls apart. It's a question of quality control, it seems. I believe the original comment is based on pesonal experience, a modular assault vest that basicaly self-destructed after using with combat loads. Considering it's supposed to be built for real-world operations, it just didn't cut it.
