means locating & suppressing/eliminating snipers and/or not allowing them to complete their mission objectives.
you would probably have to search around a bit looking for a good ghillie-wearing sniper, but as for airsoft snipers... most dont have the patience to properly stalk (not when the round will be over in 30 mins and/or that day's game is only a couple hours long...) so its boils down to basic find the sneaky bastard first and when you shoot at him, make sure you actually hit him, not just let him know where you are. pretty much your average game then, i guess...
