Does it say a number somewhere on it like... 200mah? (not sure if it's mah it says)
What is your battery, it should have a mah rating, such as 600mah?
The charger's means per hour and the battery is total, so a 200 charger and 600 battery means 3 hours.
Or, just charge it until it starts getting overly warm, about 3-5 hours if it's a mini on a wall charger.
