As per Aqua's post, for the MilSim's held you will need to attend a Newbie/Boot Camp day in order to be allowed to play in the MilSim.
Best thing to do is come to a game, do a meet and greet.
Oh and being defensive on here, comes across as being rude/aggressive until you've proven yourself to the masses. Post less, learn more. The senior members of the boards are only trying to keep you from making enemies, and in the long run to keep the same question from being asked a million times.
