10 Mags fit good.
2 in each top front mag pouch
2 in each mag pouch in front of each side dump/GP pouch
and I think I had 1 in each mag pouch on the right side next to the waist clips.
gloves in goggles fit in the front utility pouch, and bb loader in the small top, and swiss knife in other small top...for me anyway.
plus camelback in the hydration pouch, and bb bag in the bottom of that..
