TM has better internals and accurate full trades on its externals but the frame and slide are made of plastic. The plastic is not glossy like the KJW paint so it looks more realistic but once you have it in your hands you can feel the difference. With that said the TM is LOT more efficient with its plastic slide and more durable than the KJW. There's no question that the TM is the better gun, although both will need a valve striker replacement unless you get the newer E2. You get used pretty fast to the plastic externals and the ability to use it at lower temperatures is well worth it.
