Explain "horrible gas efficiency"?

My KJW 1911, and previous KJW 1911's, all had wonderful gas use. 28rnds no problem, with lock back on last round. Every time. With KJW Mags and BETTER with TM mags.

Sure there isn't something up with your gun?

EDIT: The only thing I've ever replaced on all the guns was the Recoil spring to a Guarder 150%.

I find the stock springs a little mushy.
