Weapons prohibition, community service (something that sucks), boot camp program. As for the community, perma-ban on the nutsack pulling the trigger. This doesn't cover the possibility of getting sued. You don't wanna blow it out of proportion, but you really want to send a public "WILL NOT TOLERATE, WILL MAKE EXAMPLE OUT OF YOU!" kind of message.

I am curious to know if his FPS or ROF was bumped up before hand.
