Well, when you buy the SA S17,18,19 they all come with a poly outer barrel, and a metal one.
But yeah, the metal isn't super well made, thus why it's $9.60, cheap to replace, just shipping will kill you.
Might aswell see what other parts or mags would be worth getting to justify the shipping.
