concrete floor...
make sure there's nothing in the area of where you're charging... around or above.
a metal toolbox on ceramic tile will also work.
A lipo bag will not stop a lipo fire, nor will the concrete or ceramic...
it will hopefully contain it long enough for you to do something about it or further prevent the spread of the fire.

I futz with V2s, V3s and V6s. I could be wrong... but probably, most likely not, as far as I know.
