1. Try different bbs.
2. Try more mags (all types, hi, mid, lowcaps)
3. Your tappet plate may be flexing upwards rather than pulling back the nozzle.
4. Your hopup rubber may be torn.
So, if 1/2 don't fix it, try a new tappet plate (SHS would be good) and hopup rubber (PDI or Lonex).
Also: what is not stock? This is a scar right?
