So the product of me becoming bored ended up becoming a camouflage test. I've test four patterns; US M81 Woodland tunic (issue), Flecktarn smock (issue), Cadpat pants (issue), and the old Olive drab pants (issue).
This is by no means a professional test!

I'll let you guys form the conclusions! Personally, I was surprised at Flecktarn; I didn't expect it to perform well as it doesn't have a large amount of green, but the spot pattern really began to fool the eye, similar to digital. Cadpat performed greatly, even in environments that weren't pure green. M81 woodland really needs distance to make it work effectively, as it was desgined to be effective at 100 yards and further, and these distances are negligible in airsoft even if you can see the person. OD didn't do bad overall, for how simple it is, it's definitely not something to forget about. Overall, the doted/digital camo's would prove most effective in fooling the eye and they can work at close range, and at a distance which gives them a large advantage over "analog" camo's.
