thanks for thread links. Would end up owning the land so It would cut the operating costs down huge. I've done landscaping before so I would do most of it myself. Sand bags is a good option for structures, but yep I've priced out plywood, wood etc. My main battle is getting insurance and the land approved for commercial zoning.
