In September I had a handmade (not by me) MP41 stock that I sold that would have been a good stock to use for a Lanchester aeg (MP28, MP41 and Lanchester stocks very similar). Fit the sten in the stock, use pvc pipe or an airsoft silencer with holes drilled in it and you'd have a 50' away looking "Lanchester".
The rest you could slowly change over time.
