What do you suppose would be involved in converting a sten into a Lanchester. It would be nice if a SMLE stock could be modified but I suspect it might not be big enough. Carving a new stock is not beyond my abilities. Rather involved yes, but not impossible. After that it looks mostly like cosmetic additions. The barrel shield and the brass receiver. The selector switch would be cosmetic as well. I'm quite certain I'm overlooking and over simplifying the proccess. I just think it would be really cool to have an airsoft Lanchester. After all, is there any other reason we do any of this stuff? Please feel free to tell me why or why not this would work. Discuss!
