Showed Kaiu this mount a couple weeks ago. (can see his version of the mount above)
Based on the CAA Tactical P90 siderail mount used by the US Secret Service on their P90's, rail is set lower on the receiver in order to utilize your flashlight more easily for those who don't use pressure pads; also gets rid of the awkward seconds spent trying to turn on and off the light if mounted on the higher up standardized rail.
Unlike Kaiu's I didn't put a screw through the receiver to keep my mount in place instead I used metal shims, velcro, and a little glue to tightly keep it in the receiver.
