Hehe, hey guys.

So, my problem today is I was issued my kit for BMQ (I got sworn into the Reserves recently) and am wondering about getting the badge onto the beret.

There is an arrow like pattern on the beret where the badge goes - do I slit this somewheres to get the tab on the badge in?

Help would be nice from you service/past service members.
